Synopsis
		For Southerners like Jack Carter (JURGEN PROCHNOW) unwilling to accept defeat at the end of the Civil War, Mexico was a refuge, but as long as they are there, fighting with the usurping French army, the government of the newly re-united States of America is powerless to resist Mexican incursions across its borders.
