The resulting carnage leaves them 'grounded' whilst their parents (Emma Samms and Greg Evignan) drive into the local town for a meeting with their bank manager Wiley McGee, played by George Hamilton. The meetingis a last resort, as the bank wants to call in the loan on their beloved farm.
Whilst their parents are away the children find themselves 'battling' once again, but this time with three incompetent crooks (Ron Smerczak, Tobie Cronje and Big Mick) and their sinister leader 'The Hand' over a truck full of stolen gold bullion.
However the unsung heroes of this story are the children's pets who in an attempt to beat the crooks form a small army, and working with the children, they ensure that the bad guys pay the price for their wrongdoing.
